Show Terms and Conditions
By participating in the show, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
There is an element of risk when taking part in any physical activity. By enrolling for the show you acknowledge that your child chooses to take part at their own risk. Therefore, Atomic Dance and all teachers are not liable for any accidental injuries that may occur to your child before, during or after the event and rehearsal.
- The show and rehearsal will be filmed and photographed. Headshots will be taken of all children and displayed on show day.
- All show videos and images will be shared with Atomic Dance families post show via our members hub. By taking part in the show, you are consenting to this.
- Atomic Dance will only use pictures and videos of students for advertising if consent has been given.
- You will not share images or videos from the show on social media unless they have already been shared online by Atomic Dance, are of your child only and/or you have consent from parents/guardians of every other child in the picture.
- You must send your child to the show day and rehearsal day with everything they need (stated in the show pack)
- You are responsible for ensuring your classmanager account is up to date. Please notify us of any new medical considerations if appropriate
- If needed, First Aid care will be given to your child by their teacher or assigned adult. Any accidents/injuries will be communicated to you upon collection and an accident report will be written up.
- Your child is able to go to the bathroom unattended.
- You will drop off and collect your child to/from their the show and dress rehearsal at the right time. Atomic Dance teachers cannot be held responsible for your child before or after the agreed-upon times. In particular, before the show and dress run, staff will be setting up the venue, please do not arrive early.
- You understand that costumes are hired and need to be returned to Atomic Dance post show.
- You are responsible for your child's costumes from when they are handed out pre show to their return to us post show. Any lost or damaged costumes may be charged for.
-- Atomic Dance teachers are all qualified dance educators who have put on many shows in the past. Please trust that decisions are always made based on what is deemed best for your child during the event.
- Your child will, to the best of their ability, be kind and encouraging and to all other Atomic Dance students.
- Your child will respect and listen to their Atomic Dance teachers to the best of their ability.
